Regional News: Lenel opens offices in the Middle East and Asia

Lenel has opened a second office in the Middle East in order to meet the demand for a business focal point in the Gulf. The new office is conveniently located in the Dubai Airport Free Zone (known as DAFZA), in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Currently the real estate includes office space, conference rooms and demo facilities. It will soon become a training center to fulfill growing demand by our VARs and systems users for training on Lenel technologies and products. Amid Al-Shanteer, Sales Director for South Gulf & East Africa, is based in the Dubai office, and there are plans to add a Field Sales Engineer/Instructor. Lenel’s other Middle East office is located in Beirut and remains open. It, too, contains a training center, as well as offices and demonstration space. Abdo Melki, Vice President for the Middle East, oversees both offices.

Shanghai, China

Lenel has established an administrative office in Shanghai, China, to support our business activity in the North Asia region. It is located within the newly-built Chubb Asia headquarters building in Shanghai Infoport Plaza. Tony Luce, Lenel’s North Asia Sales Director, and Robert Li, Business Development Manager, work out of the facility, which includes offices, meeting rooms and an area for Lenel demo equipment.
